Rather to please than to love?

Revelations 2: 4Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love.5Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.

God knows my deeds, hard work and perserverance. But because of being a hard working servant, I often forget about my first love. Rather to please than to love.

I need to repent and commit to loving God.

Dear God,

Please bless me in turning 180 degrees from forsaking you. I wanna come back to you God because it's not all about pleasing you but loving you. You've loved me first, so I need to love you back first too.
