God Among Us

Zechariah 2:
10 "Shout and be glad, O Daughter of Zion. For I am coming, and I will live among you," declares the LORD. 11 "Many nations will be joined with the LORD in that day and will become my people. I will live among you and you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you.

I was wondering what God meant by living among us. But what I do know is when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, He lives within us! That small voice in our conscious telling us that this is wrong or that is the right thing we did. Since we've been reaching out to the nations like China, God is starting to live with them! People in China are coming to get to know God and they have a relationship with God.

God had started living among us already. That's such a encouragment to know that God is among us. So I just imagine God living in everybody. I don't know what would happen, but I love being around with people at church. If a entire city was christian, then that'd be a huge church!

Dear God,
Thank you for this scripture. It's comforting to know that you do live among us, in fact you are living in me. It's great to know that everything really rest in your hands, that everything is in your will. I pray that you'll continue to grow and live among us because you are the best. You change people for the better, and all you want to do is love us back. So I pray that we'll treat each other just as how you are treating us because as we are treating each other, we're treating you God.
