Being a Father

1 Thessalonians 3:¹⁰Night and day we pray most earnestly that we may see you again and supply what is lacking in your faith.

Paul wrote a letter to the Thessalonian church. Paul was not just a leader or a mentor, but like a father and he earnestly pray to see them again and provide for them.

When I see the people whom I have raised up, I know that I ought to be like a father who wants to teach his son.

Dear God,
Lord may you just fill me with wisdom and knowledge for I will be a father one day. Lord I know there will be a day when I'm leading people and I'll be calling them my son. I pray that I will right now learn to be like Paul, a great father to the people.
