Child of God and Child of the Resurrection

Luke 20: 35 But in the age to come, those worthy of being raised from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage. 36 And they will never die again. In this respect they will be like angels. They are children of God and children of the resurrection.

Jesus explains that in the Ressurection, those who are worthy will be raised from the dead. That they will never die again and they are the children of God and children of the resurrection.

I want to truly be a child of God and a child of the resurrection.

Dear God,

Lord forgive me for my sins, for I am a sinner who sins against you. I pray that you will turn that around. Let me be holy and righteous in honoring you as how a child honors his Father. Lord I want eternal life and especially to be one of the living God's children and live as a child of the resurrection. How awesome would that be, to be a child of the living God and seeing my Father live forever along side with me!
