David sang to the Lord that he comes to Him for protection.
I need to start coming to God for protection against my persecutors because I always believe God will protect me, yet I do not ask for His protection.
Dear God,
Lord I pray that I will come and ask for your protection. So many times I thought you will protect me yet I never asked you to! I pray that I will come to you from now on, so you know that I need your help. I should not be spoiled thinking you will protect me whenever I need it. I pray that I will be humble, and come to you first.
In Jesus Name Amen.
